Prince George, B.C.- RCMP have revealed that the incident this morning which forced the closure of Foothills Boulevard and sent a woman to hospital was a targeted shooting.
Just after 5:00 this morning, Prince George RCMP received a report of a female with serious injuries in the Moore’s Meadow area.
An adult female was found a short time later off Foothills Boulevard. She remains in serious but stable condition.
