Police Release Image of Gas Station Robbery Suspect

Prince George, B.C. – Mounties have released the image of the suspect involved in last weekend’s robbery of a gas station in Prince George.

It happened at around 9:00 p.m. Saturday night at a gas station located on the 4200 block of 5th Avenue.SUSPECT ENTERS crop

Corporal Craig Douglass says the suspect entered the business, produced a weapon and demanded money and cigarettes.

He says the employee complied and the suspect fled the business on foot.

Douglass describes the suspect as male, wearing a long sleeve black shirt, blue jeans and a black mask.

The employee was not injured. If you can help identify the suspect or have any information about this crime you are asked to call police at 250-561-3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

I wasn’t going to post on this story but I had to. What the hell good is this photo going to do towards identifying this scumbag? It’s ridiculous.

    Sure thing. You make a valid point that criminals have been identified with far less. Unfortunately, we aren’t talking DNA here, we’re are talikng about a photo of a person that is totally indistinguishable from you or I or my sister for that matter. Sorry Sis.

I thought it was a sock puppet at first glance.

Only in PG could this picture happen, then the Citizen starts the cut backs and the next day Lynn is in the paper with congrats on a long career. Really.
