Survey Aimed at Engaging Youth to Vote

Prince George, B.C.- The Political Science students at UNBC are trying to get the details on the barriers, ( if any ) that prevent young people from voting.
The Political Science 320 students will be at a number of locations in Prince George this week conducting their survey.
“We’re interested in finding out why young people vote and if they don’t, then why not,” says student Nakisha Bauer.
Today, there will be two survey sessions, the first will be at UNBC from 1 pm to 5 pm, the second session is set to take place at Superstore from 5 pm to 9 pm.
Here is the schedule for the balance of the week:
Wednesday March 16:
UNBC 1-5pm
Real Canadian Superstore 5-9pm
Thursday March 17:
UNBC 9-11am
UNBC 9-11am
Friday March 18:
Real Canadian Superstore 1-5pm
Real Canadian Superstore 1-5pm
Saturday March 19:
Canadian Tire 1-5pm

I personally don’t vote because the ppl who I can vote for are only in it for the big wage . How about make all political positions min wage. then only no greedy ppl will try and maybe do some good as it is there’s only a choice of evil or slightly different evil and the big cost to even run for government proves it’s wrong it cost thousands just to run .that’s not fair anyone should be able to run for free . And all the advertising and sings they look horrible and prove that the ppl running are waisting money on this stuff and trying to brainwash us with 17 of the same sing in one spot . Fix all that and maybe ppl will regain trust in the voting system
Oh and sorry I forgot to ad this . I took there servy it’s only multiple choice no room even for a comment and it avoided the points I stated previously.
