Dust Advisory Continues

Prince George, B.C.- The City is now into it’s third day of a dust advisory.
Levels of PM10 ( coarse particulate) remain high in the City, with the hourly concentration at 49.3 micrograms per cubic metre this morning.
The 24 hour rolling average is at 62 micrograms per cubic metre, the Provincial target is 50.
The source of PM10 remains road dust.
The City’s Free Fare for Clean Air program which offers free transit on Air Quality days, remains in effect today.
