One Charged in Connection to Shooting

Prince George, B.C. – A 23 year old Prince George man has been charged in relation to the shooting that happened last Friday in Prince George.Shortly after midnight on April 29th, RCMP in Prince George responded to a call of a shooting in a parking lot near 17th and Upland Street
An adult male, suffering from what appeared to be at least one gunshot wound was found in the parking lot. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Later in the day, PGRCMP made three arrests at a residence in the Blackburn community, and another arrest at a residence in College Heights.
23 year old Jamie Wade Fatum of Prince George is now facing charges of:
- Attempted Murder with a Firearm
- Pointing a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm without a Licence
This investigation is continuing. Charges against the other arrested persons may be considered.
