Missing Girl Located

Prince George, B.C. – A Prince George family can breathe a sigh of relief this afternoon.
This as Mounties confirm a 12-year-old girl missing since yesterday afternoon has been located and is safe.
The youth had walked away from a local elementary school sparking a city wide search.
Police say they would like to thank the public and the media in assisting with their investigation.

Maybe. That’s the best explanation I’ve seen so far.
Maybe it is just a problem with the thumb up or down as seeing as when you first post it is 50/50 so when someone agree with your post the % changes but still equal 100% (see the above 57%vs43%, 59%vs41%).
