Shelley Road will receive 2.5 km of asphalt overlay and the remainder of the road will be surfaced with Graded Aggregate Sealcoat.

Upper Fraser Road will be receiving new asphalt overlay starting at the Willow River Bridge and continuing east for 17.2 km, adding to paving projects previously completed from Highway 16 to Willow River and near Newlands.

The project is part of the government’s 10-year transportation plan ‘B.C. on the Move.’
