PG Woman Killed in Fatal Crash

Vanderhoof, B.C. – Mounties have released more details into Sunday’s fatal two vehicle crash near Vanderhoof.
Yesterday 250News reported one person died as a result of the accident and today North District RCMP confirms the deceased was a 32-year-old woman from Prince George.
Her name has not been released. Corporal Dave Tyreman says the crash happened 25 km east of Vanderhoof on Highway 16 after an east bound Lincoln Aviator with a single occupant collided with a west bound dump truck hauling a trailer.
Unfortunately, the driver of the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is encouraged to call the Vanderhoof RCMP at 250-567-2222.
