Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding the suspects involved in a series of mischief related incidents in the city.
Police believe they have been caused by the same group of persons and occurred during the late night hours of this past Wednesday (June 22) and early morning hours of Thursday (June 23).
There were four separate incidents and police describe them as follows:
- A rock and a stolen solar light were used to break the rear windows of two different vehicles on the 4400 block of Urquhart Crescent
- A stolen solar light was used to break the living room window of a residence on the 6800 block of Simon Fraser Avenue
- A rock was used on the 1200 block of Parsnip Crescent to break the rear window of a vehicle
- A rock was used to break the front window of a vehicle on the 4100 block of Guest Crescent
Investigators believe a group of people in a vehicle were responsible for the above cases and possibly others in the community.
Anyone who may have witnessed these alleged crimes are asked to call the Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

So yesterday the RCMP were asking for the publics help, as a “shared responsibility”, to reduce gang violence and drug related crime, and today they are “asking for the public’s help in finding the suspects involved in a series of mischief related incidents in the city.”
Anyone seeing a pattern developing here?
I remember reading a news article here on 250news a couple weeks ago asserting Prince George was acutally climbing to average for quality living in Canadian cities… really?
