I thought based on the News, they had it all figured out

My guess if the victim was involved in the drug trade; than this would be a hit man from out of town brought in to clean up a mess or a problem that they didn’t want tracking back to them. That’s how it usually works for those kinds of networks. Those closest to the victim would probably know the most in which direction to look. Probably have to bust the drug ring and get someone talking and even then one would think a hitman would be at arms length even from those that hired him.

Its got all the red flags of a drug related hit. Guy shot in his driveway in a clean hit and get away…. Probably does this kind of thing all over the province all the time for more than one group. They never did find the guy that did Billy Moore, or Jay Hall either.
