Police Seek Help in Break and Enter Investigation

Prince George, B.C.-  RCMP are looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a recent Break and Enter.

In late July,  there was a break in  at  a business at Highway 97 and Handlen Road.  The fence to the locked compound had been cut and approximately $8000 worth of equipment and tools were stolen.

The suspect ( shown in  surveillance image at right)  is described as:suspectone

  • Caucasian male
  • Medium build
  • Dark beard and moustache
  • Wearing blue jeans and a distinctive light coloured hoody with “Van City” on the front

 

Some of the items stolen include:

  • Stihl TS700 Cutoff Saw with serial number H78007
  • Honda EU3000ISC Generator with serial number EZGF1377974
  • Makita reciprocating saw
  • Makita grinder
  • Makita drill
  • Makita impact drill
  • Makita multi-tool
  • Makita chargers (2)
  • Makita batteries (6)
  • 20 litre jerry cans of gasoline (2)
  • 20 litre jerry can of diesel
  • 20 litre jerry can of water

 

The business has taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
