Police Seek Help in Break and Enter Investigation

Prince George, B.C.- RCMP are looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a recent Break and Enter.
In late July, there was a break in at a business at Highway 97 and Handlen Road. The fence to the locked compound had been cut and approximately $8000 worth of equipment and tools were stolen.
The suspect ( shown in surveillance image at right) is described as:
- Caucasian male
- Medium build
- Dark beard and moustache
- Wearing blue jeans and a distinctive light coloured hoody with “Van City” on the front
Some of the items stolen include:
- Stihl TS700 Cutoff Saw with serial number H78007
- Honda EU3000ISC Generator with serial number EZGF1377974
- Makita reciprocating saw
- Makita grinder
- Makita drill
- Makita impact drill
- Makita multi-tool
- Makita chargers (2)
- Makita batteries (6)
- 20 litre jerry cans of gasoline (2)
- 20 litre jerry can of diesel
- 20 litre jerry can of water
The business has taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
