Prince George, B.C. – Today is supposed to mark a turning point in the rather dismal, grey, wet weather we’ve been experiencing at the tail end of this summer, and that works out well for those who enjoy symphonic entertainment.
A mix of sun and cloud is in the forecast as conductor Jose Delgado-Guevara and the Prince George Symphony Orchestra take the stage this afternoon with a free performance at the Bandshell at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park.
This year’s Pops in the Park concert features the works of Gilbert and Sullivan. Pack up your lawn chair and enjoy the performance from 2 until 3:30 pm today.
