Prince George, B.C. – The Caledonia Nordic Ski Club is holding its annual cross-country ski swap today, but with a twist.

The ski swap runs from 9 am to 5 pm at the Otway Nordic Centre and this year it is being run in a garage sale format on the centre’s grounds to allow vendors to sell any type of sports and recreation gear they may have, along with cross-country ski gear. As well commercial outlets will be on site selling their sports/recreation merchandise.
Now, the ski swap event is held each year to raise funds to support the CNSC Racers waxing, travel and lodging costs for competitions and there will be an area set aside specifically for the sale of used cross-country ski equipment. It includes a sizing station and some folks who will help you select the proper ski equipment for your requirements.
Please note that you will be buying directly from the vendors so make sure you have cash on hand.
