Late Rally Propels T-Wolves Men to Victory, Lady T-Wolves Lose Heartbreaker

Abbotsford, B.C. – The UNBC Timberwolves men’s basketball team has won their third game in a row.
Last night a late 10-3 run allowed them to beat the University of the Fraser Valley Cascades 66-63 in Abbotsford.

James Agyeman scored a game-high 22 points for UNBC. The win improved their record to 3-4, while the Cascades fell to 2-3. The teams clash again tonight at 7 p.m.
On the women’s side, the lady Timberwolves lost to the Fraser Valley women’s basketball team 59-55.
The Cascades erased a 20-point deficit to snatch the win. The loss drops UNBC to 1-6 while the Cascades improved to 3-2. Mario Mongomo scored a game-high 18 points for the T-Wolves.
The team’s tip-off again tonight at 5 p.m.
