Spruce Kings Help Those in Need

Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George Spruce Kings are holding their Five Hole for Food Challenge Night tonight when they host the Chilliwack Chiefs.

Fans to the game are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the game with all donations going to the St. Vincent de Paul Society here in town.spruce-kings

Every team in the league has a designated night, and it is a competition to see who can raise the most food.

The current leader is the Nanaimo Clippers who received 5,513 pounds of food. The puck drops at 7 p.m.

Five Hole for Food Challenge Night on this News Report says is Tonight Thursday Dec. 1st. against Chilliwack BUT the Citizen Web site says the Challenge is on Friday Dec.2 against Victoria. Which is Right ?
Well just have to bring Food Thur. and Fri. Night I Guess.
