Multiple Vehicle Crash on 16 West

Prince George, B.C.- Emergency personnel are on scene of a multiple vehicle crash on Highway 16 west near West Beaverly Road.RCMP confirm at least four vehicles are involved in the crash, but there is no information at this time on injuries.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area if at all possible as it is expected there will be major delays to get through this area. It is not known if there is a detour available.
Further information will be posted when it becomes available.

I wonder if we will get to hear exactly what caused this? I hope nobody is hurt or worse.
If one knows the area a detour is available Carmel drive by Petrocan to Hartman or Western(Beaverly School) will bypass West Beaverly Road.
Yes, but please please please remember that it’s a residential area and we don’t appreciate people bombing through doing well above the speed limit.
Yeahhh not safe driving that stretch of hyway coming into town. Would be nice if they would separate like a freeway, that way not blinded by oncoming lights
The hyway is safe. It is the drivers that aren’t.

Had a few light bar kooks last night on 16 west, not sure why people think it is ok to drive with them on
That’s called inconsiderate oncoming vehicle operator. What do we do? We slow down and watch the shoulder of the road.
