Prince George, B.C.- More than 1700 B.C. Hydro customers In the west end of P.G. will have their electricity cut as of 9 this morning as B.C. Hydro goes ahead with a planned outage.
The power will be off from Bunce Road to Telachick Road and all side roads in between, as Hydro moves lines from old poles to new ones erected further off the side of the planned widening of highway 16.
The outage is supposed to last until 3 this afternoon. If the work is completed before then, then the power will be restored earlier.
B.C. Hydro said the work would go ahead unless it was deemed too cold to do so. The break in the cold snap means conditions are fine to proceed with the work.

4 pm and it looks like they still have a ways to go
