City and P.G. Tourism Celebrate Winter

Prince George, B.C.- So winter is officially here, although Prince George has already had more than just a preview of what the season has to offer.
The City of Prince George and P.G. Tourism, have once again produced a video that celebrates just some of things you can do to enjoy Prince George over the snowy months.
The video, produced by 6ix Sigma Productions, shares some of the fun that can be had when there is snow on the ground and the temperature is below zero.
There are plenty of events scheduled over the next couple of months, with ColdSnap, the Downtown Winterfest, P.G. Iceman, Winter Wine Fest, and a host of other activities from tobogganing to skating.
Events scheduled for today, Dec. 22nd include:
- Celebration of Lights at the Railway and Forestry Museum from 4 – 8 pm
- Cantata Singers Concert from 6:30 to 7:30 at the Prince George Chateau
- MakerLab 2RG Open Make Night from 5 p.m. to 9 pm at the Two Rivers Art Gallery
- Fiddlers Thursday Night Jam from 7 p.m. to 9 pm at the Elder Citizens Recreation Association Centre on 10th Avenue
