Vanderhoof, B.C. – Two women are scheduled to appear in provincial court today in Vanderhoof following an armed robbery in that community.

North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says the theft occurred at around 4 a.m. Monday morning at a convenience store on Burrard Avenue.

She says the female suspects entered the business, produced a weapon, demanded cash and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

But with the help of witnesses and video footage, Saunderson says both were later arrested.

No names have been released.

Maybe needed Money to buy Drugs?

And they will be put on probation or a promise to appear and do it again. Keystone Kops justice system here we go again! Society’s fault, naughty society. LOL

Yah, but Hooterville?? Where they gonna run to, Ft. Fraser? LMAO!

Cops aren’t the problem, they arrest the scum, the judges and politicians let them go. Start demanding real justice from our politicians or they won’t get elected to the taxpayer funded gravy train or stand there with your thumb up your…. and wave to the scumbags as they are released. Pretty simple really.

BC Liberal Government closed 24 of 68 courthouses, and 10 jails in our province, how can our justice system and correctional system do more with less?

Equal rights, equal opportunity.

The resident dipper troll strikes again. Hard to see how having more court houses and more jails prevents these two nutbars from doing their deed.
You might want to recall that criminal laws, and sentencing guidelines are Federal jurisdiction not provincial !
