Quesnel, B.C. – Three people are in police custody following a home invasion in Quesnel over the weekend.

Quesnel RCMP Sgt. Darren Dodge says the incident occurred at around 4 p.m. yesterday at a residence near Plywood Hill.

He says police responded immediately and within hours arrested two male suspects. Dodge says a third male suspect was also arrested at a residence on Veneer Road.

He says two females, not believed to be involved in the home invasion, were also found inside and arrested on outstanding warrants and breaches.

Luckily the victims of the home invasion were not physically harmed.

Dodge says all three suspects are known to police.
