Prince George, B.C. – On May 9th, transit in Prince George will be free.

Council for the City of Prince George ha  supported  offering free rides on election day.

This is not something new  for the City, as free transit was offered during the last provincial election  as well as  the last federal vote.

It’s estimated the  “free ride”   will translate into  a loss of about $1,000 in revenue.
