Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George Crime Stoppers Society will host another document shredding event this weekend.
It will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday in the Walmart parking lot. The event gives the public a chance to prevent identity theft by shredding personal or important documents.
This service will be provided for the cost of a $5 donation that will go directly towards supporting the Prince George Crime Stoppers Society.
The not-for-profit society collects anonymous tips from the public to help aid police in its investigations.

Nice to see document shredding made available for the masses.
however
Dictating a donation value makes it a fee not a donation.
Granted it is a small fee but a fee none the less.
I love that they offer this service. Thank you Shred-it, for being available for drop-off at a convenient location. You make it easier for us to take care of this important task.
