Farmers’ Markets Open Today

Prince George Farmers Market is located on 6th Avenue near George Street
Prince George, B.C. – This Victoria Day weekend residents and visitors to the city can stroll through and look over the wares for sale at the two farmer’s markets in Prince George.
The Prince George Farmers Market, located on 6th Avenue below George Street, offers food, crafts, vegan and gluten-free products, crafts, leather goods, knitting, pet treats, flowers and more.
The market is open Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2 pm.
The Wilson Square Community Farmers Market (above) operates on 3rd Avenue next to the Prince George Native Friendship Centre. The 60 vendors offer baked goods, crafts, vegetable and flower plants, natural dog treats, foods of various types and more.
The Wilson Square market operates on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2 pm.

“A Butler’s Market” is also open every weekend. It’s located downtown at 1156 4th Avenue between Dominion & George streets, around the corner from the Ramada. It is an ever-changing stock of antiques, collectibles, homemade canned goods, crafts, supplements and much more. A shopping experience you won’t find anywhere else with 12 stores offering a wide variety.
