Council Celebrates Krista Levar

Prince George, B.C.- Prince George City Council kicked off its regular meeting this evening celebrating the accomplishments of Krista Levar.
Not only is she a victim services coordinator with the Prince George RCMP, Krista is the head of the therapy dog program and has developed a special program for young girls who are at risk..
She recently received a B.C. Community Achievement Award . The award celebrates the efforts of British Columbians who strive to make their communities better places to live.
Levar’s recognition comes during Victims and Survivors of Crime Week.
