The River Forecast Centre says levels have been dropping across the region and are below levels of concern. Conditions are expected to continue to improve through the week

The Fraser River gauge at South Fort indicated the Fraser had peaked on Sunday and has been receding since then.  Cottonwood Island Park remains closed until the water from the Nechako has dissipated .

The River Forecast Centre will continue to monitor conditions and will update the advisory as conditions warrant.
