Kelowna, B.C. – With  firefighters making progress on the Philpott Road fire,   more residents are being allowed to return to their homes in the  Joe Rich  community.

However,   even though they are being allowed home,  residents will remain under an evacuation alert.

About 120  residents from  52 properties are being  allowed home.
