Sunday, September 10, 2017 @ 8:40 AM

Prince George, B.C. – Fans of the Prince George Symphony Orchestra are invited to an early September Pops in the Park offering in Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park today.

Everyone is invited to take a lawn chair or blanket to the park and enjoy the PGSO renditions of Broadway favourites including selections from West Side Story, a Phantom of the Opera medley, “Old Man River”, “Seventy-six Trombones”, “To Dream the Impossible Dream”, “You’ll Never Walk Alone” and Sound of Music selections.

Now there is some chance of showers occurring today, so the start time for the performance has been moved up to 1pm.  Should rain appear imminent, word will be dispensed via various media and the concert will be moved from the bandshell to St. Michael’s Anglican Church at 5th and Victoria.
