100 Mile House, B.C. – The RCMP in 100 Mile House continues to patrol areas still being destroyed by wildfire and warns residents that criminal activity will not be tolerated.
The Mounties say they are addressing all fire-related aspects including assisting with safe evacuations, patrolling vacated neighbourhoods, managing traffic congestion and road safety, dealing with emergency responses while at the same time handling regular policing duties.
They have also teamed up with Conservation Officers to patrol lakes in the 100 Mile area on a 24/7 basis and warn that criminal activity will be met with strict enforcement of the law. Residents are requested to report suspicious activity to the police.

Shoot first ask questions later. People that take advantage of these situations should be dealt with heavy force. Screw the system, it won’t work!
