Budget Consultation Sessions Set
Prince George, B.C. – The all party committee that will be gathering input for the next provincial budget will be making a stop in Prince George in October.
The schedule has the committee in Prince George on October 10th, although the exact location has not yet been detailed.
Prince George is the farthest north the Committee will travel, as sessions for Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Terrace and Smithers will be handled by video or teleconference from Victoria on October 4th.
Members of the public can make submissions at a public hearing, making a written, audio or video submission, or by completing an online survey.
Registration for the public hearings will open at 9 a.m. this morning. and registration can be made online by clicking here.
The consultation will close at 5 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2017, and the committee will release its report by Nov. 15, 2017.
