Walls, Millard Back in Court

Another page has been written in the Doug Walls, Mike Millard saga.  The two have been officially arraigned on charges of fraud over $5,000.00  The CIBC claims it lost about $2,000,000.00 through cheque kiting during the final days of the Fred Walls and Sons car dealership.  The business closed its doors in 1998. 

Walls has  opted for a trial in Provincial Court, while Millard has asked to have his case heard in Supreme Court before a Judge and Jury.  Dates for further court appearances or preliminary hearings, have not yet been set.
