Prince George, B.C. - Seniors all over Prince George are proving they are still very much in the game.   Although opening ceremonies start at 7:00 tonight, snooker, curling, hockey and equestrian started this afternoon.

Most participants have now registered and team spirit is starting to fill the town. The Kin Centres are full of action as individuals and teams get aquainted with the facility. The Kin Centre is equipped with an Internet Café, a 2008 Senior Games Souvenir Booth, services such as massage (shown at right) and a variety of arts and crafts booths.

Kin 1 has already been prepared with thousands of chairs and a stage for opening ceremonies that will begin at 7:00pm.
