Cougars Pick Up Winger

Prince George, BC -The Prince George Cougars have acquired Winger Colby Kulhanek (Aug. 11/89) from the Red Deer Rebels in exchange for a 2009 6th Round Bantam Draft Selection.
 Last season with the Chilliwack Bruins and the Red Deer Rebels, Kulhanek posted career high’s with 14 goals and 14 assists in 64 games. He also added 43 penalty minutes.
 
Cougars General Manager Dallas Thompson stated that “Colby will add depth up front for us. He is also a player that we feel can contribute offensively.”
 
Kulhanek will be in the line-up on Friday evening as the Cougars visit Kamloops to take on the Blazers.
 
The move leaves the Cougars with 18 forwards, 7 defencemen, and 2 goaltenders.
