Ft. St. John Man Faces New Charges

Fort St. John, B.C.- A Fort St. John man already serving a life sentence for his part in the rape and murder of 13 year old Nina Courtepatte  of Edmonton in April of 2005,  has been charged in the death of a 33 year old Edmonton woman.

Joseph Laboucan, 23, has been charged with second degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Ellie May Meyer.

Meyer's body was  discovered in May of 2005 in a field east of Edmonton.

Laboucan  is in the federal  penitentiary in Prince albert Saskatchewan and  will be returned to  Alberta to appear in court on Monday.

Now, here is a good reason for the death penalty!! An abortion, or birth control, would have nipped this problem at the bud!!

And not to mention the millions of dollars to house these low lifes!! Bring back public executions!!!
