Prince George, B.C. - Initiatives Prince George President and CEO, Tim McEwan, has re-designed its website.
“There have been significant changes to Initiatives Prince George’s operations since the initial web site went on-line in 2003”, says McEwan. “Our new website reflects our current priorities, including our focus on Asia-Pacific Gateway opportunities, along with updated visuals.”
Business, Tourism and Events and Prince George Spirit of BC each have their own section tailored to a specific audience in order to attract traffic. “The re-designed web site is the first step in implementing a broader communication strategy aimed at promoting Prince George as a preferred place to invest, work, live, play, learn and retire,” says McEwan.
The new business website features priority development projects, reports and statistics aligned with IPG’s corporate strategy, and also has a direct link to the Prince George ‘Life in Perfect Balance’ labour recruitment and retention program. The site also provides economic reports and statistics,” adds Katherine Scouten, Vice-President, Economic Development, “promoting all the opportunities Prince George has to offer in an informative, straight-forward format.”
