Citizen of the Year Is...Michael Kerr

Prince George, B.C.- The Prince George Citizen of the year is Michael Kerr. The industrial technology advisor with the National Research Council says he is humbled.

Kerr's nominating committee said Kerr had contributed significantly to the diversification of the local economy including his efforts to promote bio energy.

The honour was bestowed on Kerr last night at the annual Community Foundation Citizen of the Year dinner.
