Man Arrested In Alberta Heading Back to B.C.

Dawson Creek, B.C.- RCMP have picked up a 21 year old man in Kelly Lake Alberta on 5 outstanding warrants from B.C. and are returning him to British Columbia.
“E” Division spokesperson, Sergeant Tim Shields will not confirm if this man is a suspect in the bombings of the EnCana pipelines, or if the RCMP have any suspects in that case.
Sgt. Shields did confirm the RCMP did have to request to have the warrants extended to Alberta in order to make the arrest.
The warrants are for breach of conditions, sexual assault and assault.
The man is being transported to Dawson Creek and will likely make an appearance in court tomorrow morning.
