Prince George, B.C.- The Preschoolers love them....the Backyardigans! They are coming to Prince George!  With one million North American preschoolers tuning in each week, The Backyardigans is an undisputed TV hit! Paquin Entertainment brings The Backyardigans to the stage for an encore run of THE BACKYARDIGANS: QUEST FOR THE EXTRA ORDINARY ALIENS, a vividly imagined, inter-galactic musical adventure!

The audience is taken on a musical adventure in hot pursuit of a mysterious space ship and its missing passengers, the Cookie Crumbing Aliens. The Backyardigans imagine themselves the Masters of Disguise Guys and travel to shivering Frozen Toes Mountain and the blistering Hot Footsy Desert, singing and dancing the whole way. Hip-hop, reggae, bossa nova, country, rockabilly... the music-loving Backyardigans can jam, jump and jive with the best of them!

The Backyardigans, a CGI series from Nick Jr. and Nelvana, first burst onto the scene in 2004. In each episode, the five high-spirited friends--Pablo the Penguin, Tyrone the Moose, Uniqua the Purple-Spotted Creature, Tasha the Hippo and Austin the Kangaroo-use their amazing imaginations to embark on epic adventures. The series has earned both a Gemini and an Emmy® Award, and is seen in more than 40 countries worldwide, including Treehouse TV in Canada and Nick Jr. in the U.S.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, November 15  and are $25 dollars each plus service charge for this March 18, 2009, 7:00 p.m .CN Centre show!
