Book Sale Set Up Nearly Ready

Prince George, B.C.-Less than a week to go before the Friends of the Library book Sale at the Kinsmen Community Complex.

Thousands of gently used books covering every subject imaginable as well as DVDs, CDs, videos and LPs will be offered for sale at the Friends of the Library book sale that will be held on November 22^nd & 23^rd, 2008. The sale will take place in the gym at the Kinsmen Community Complex at 777 Kinsmen Place, which is located just off of 5^th Avenue behind the Spruceland Shopping Centre. Hours of the sale will be 10:00 am – 4:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday.

A crew of volunteers from several community groups, Camp Trapping, Project Friendship and the Friends of the Library will help sort the books into categories. The sale is always well organized, and very well attended, as book lovers from throughout the community eagerly anticipate the sale every fall.

Proceeds from the book sales are used to purchase new library materials, and to fund library programs. Donations of books, records, CDs or DVDs are always appreciated, and can be dropped off at either branch of the library, or pickup can be arranged.

This is absolutly the best Book sale you'll ever attend. I have attended two years in a row, and look foward to hopefully being one of the first in the door.

Kinsmen Place, which is located just off of 5th Avenue behind the Spruceland Shopping Centre.

You will not finf it behind Spruceland Shopping Centre. Its behind the fire hall at 5th and Ospika
