And they say crime is down in this city!
Crime isn't down... neither is stupidity apparently.
How old was this so-called 'man' how stoned was he and was he known to police?
I have to tell the truth here; more jails will cost less than the policeing we pay for. When they go to jail they should be forced to work an 8 hr shift with two meals and a sandwich for lunch --- period.
supertech - have you checked out the policing costs vs, the cost of jails? Not a criticism, just interested.
crime isn't down and maybe there is a cure for stupidity. Its called education and it may be one way that crime will come down. Education at the grass roots level grade 1 on up and if that dosn't work than education is continued in a jail but a work period should be included. Everything in jail outside of the basics should be considered a luxcury and should be earned. It must be remembered that the victum is not the one that commited the crime.
so what happened to the jack family?
