Izaak Is Coming Home

Prince George, B.C.- After a record number 3 million votes, the  journey is over for  Prince George dancer, Izaak Smith.  He and  dancer Lisa Auguste, 27, a contemporary/hip-hop dancer from Rexdale, Ont., received the lowest number of votes and would be going home. 

As one of the top ten, Izaak will still be touring with the So You Think You Can Dance Canada show.

The Top 4 dancers will take to the stage and show Canada their moves during a special two-hour performance show on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on CTV, prior to the live, star-studded two-hour grand finale on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 9 p.m. ET.

With voting based solely on individual competitors, instead of couples, the Top 6 each had the opportunity to perform a solo of their choice. The performances wouldn't change the results and for two competitors, it would be their last chance to perform on the program.

Next week, guest judges and choreographers Blake McGrath and Luther Brown are back behind the judges' desk with Armstrong and Jean Marc Genereux.

The Top 4 dancers performing next week are:

-Allie Bertram, 18, a ballet dancer from Calgary.

- Miles Faber, 21, a popper and boogaloo dancer from Calgary.

-Natalli Reznik, 28, a hip-hop/Latin dancer from Toronto .

- Nico Archambault, 23, a contemporary/hip-hop dancer from Montreal.

Yes, anyone who knows when he is coming home, please let all of us know. We should all pack the airport when he arrives home. A huge congrats Isaak. You were wonderful.

Izzak is an amazingly talented young man. I can't wait to see where he goes next.

Whoever thought up the selection process for this stupid show? Whoever dials the most numbers wins??

Congrats and best of luck to Izaak, but can anyone ame the last few winners of 'Canadian Idol' or 'So You Think You Can Dance'? The phrase "15 minutes of fame" comes to mind.

Congratulations to the force behind Izaak, Judy Russell. This is what she does best..develope talent. She has developed many of PG's shinning stars.
