I did this once with a deer a couple of summers ago out Miworth. The trick is to look away every time they look at you then they think its ok to get closer because you haven't noticed yet. I had my dog at my side out for a walk in the bushes (dog stayed silent), and still the deer walked right up to where I could reach out and touch it. Its kind of neat up close like that and more of a rush/challenge than shooting the animal from a distance IMO.
Awesome. Especially since the moose were not shot at. It is indeed a specialtreat to view wild creatures up close in their natural habitat.
I like hunting, but only for sustenance, not for sport. I get as much, probably more, satisfaction from just getting out to the bush, a peaceful encounter such as the one depicted in the video would make for a perfect day. Thanks Opinion 250.
metalman. mna mna.
Awesome, a truly majestic moment. I wonder how anyone could hunt again after such an experience.
If this moose could talk it would be saying.."Hahaha You dont have a limited entry.."

-Maybe they are smarter then we give them credit for. Also sad to say a moose this passsive probably didnt live too long.
