Prince George, B.C. - Some flights to and from Prince George are going to be impacted by what’s happening in the lower mainland.
With Vancouver cleaning up from one storm and bracing for another, numerous Air Canada flights have been cancelled in to Vancouver, which means the planes that normally head to Prince George may not be available.
With a heavy snowfall warning in effect for Vancouver, there are now  rumblings that YVR may shut down tomorrow.  If it does, that will have an impact on Prince George as many flights are connectors out of Vancouver.
Delays and cancellations have been the norm in Vancouver over the last few days.
Air Canada travellers are asked to call 1-888-247-2262 or check with your travel agent to check on your travel plans.
There has been no word so far on  West Jet's plans.
