Quesnel – Quesnel Council has given the green light to invest $365,900 from the Quesnel Works: Capital Reinvestment Program to pave a significant portion of Hydraulic Road.

The Ministry of Transportation is doing a major paving job and by being part of process City taxpayers benefit as the City portion becomes part of one large job, reducing costs.

The section the City will pave is Hydraulic Road from Juniper Road to Sanderson Road. The bid came in under the original budget of $400,000.

A little confusing because Juniper Road is nowhere near Hydraulic Road. But if they are paving 1.44km of Hydraulic Road within City limits they are paving almost all of Hydraulic Road within City limits.
About bloody time they fix that road.
Mayor Bello never gave it any thoughts.
Good for mayor Sjostrom.
