Here is the balance of the report:

A bit of an oddity was established with the mildest temperatures occurring at the beginning of the month and the coldest readings holding off until near the end of the month. Still, there were no daily records established.
On the precipitation side of things, the month got off to a rather white start then a dry period from the 10th through to the 21st. the unsettled conditions returned during the last week with more snow piling up, just when one thought winter was loosing its grip. In the end, with the colder than normal condito9ns, there was below normal mounts of rain and above normal amounts of snow.
Into the record books, February was on the cool side with below normal temperatures and above normal precipitation.

With Global Warming, here's hoping that next February will be warmer.
Or is Global Warming making Februarys colder? Too many opinions.
Alls I know is by my birthday (the 26th) the snow is melting. When I woke up to minus thirty on my thirty third I was, ummm, well wanting nicer weather than that!!!
