Prince George- ACS will begin hiring an additional 100 workers in Prince George beginning tomorrow.

Chris Gilligan, ACS Corporate Communications Director,  says the company is increasing its work force in the city from 300 to 400 workers.

Gilligan says a job fair will be held beginning tomorrow with a view to recruiting the new workers.

The increase in staff will bring the work force in Canada to 600 people. The company has 74,000 workers worldwide.

Gilligan says the workers will receive above minimum wage along with very good benefits. They also will receive further wage increases when they have completed their training.

Those people unable to attend the job fair will be able to access the work site at asc-inc.com

A bit of good news anyway!
What exactly do they do? And yes, Mercenary it is good news.
Outbound call centre on 2nd avenue not far from the courthouse. Been there for some years now.
Now they are more In-bound. They are the set up centre for I believe T-mobile from the US. So if you need help with your phone, account, set up, etc. they get routed to PG.
help activate cell phones. I am wondering if they got another contract in addition to T-Mobile one.
