Here we have yet another high court ruling that strikes down Gordon Campbell's unjust laws. First it was Bill 29 that ripped up collective agreement rights of the HEU, and now Bill 42 the Gag Law succumbs to the same fate. Gordon Campbell has to make such nondemocratic laws because he obviously has nothing to run his election campaign on. May 12 lets send him and his lick-spittle totties packing. BC can not afford another term of Gordon Campbell's pro business ideology. May 12, 2009 vote for the NDP.

Of course there are always two sides to every story and I too would have something interesting to contribute - but, alas, partisan politics are a no-no on this site, opinion250.

I would vote for Gordo! He does everything bigger and badder than the NDP!! Overruns so big the fast ferries pale in comparison - not to mention undemocratic laws so he can stay in power by muzzling opponents. He is a champion of the court system; that is why he is so cooperative with the BCR fiasco! He champions fair global trade - that is why he ships our raw logs else where to be manufactured! His accomplishments are too long and glowing for this piece! Long live the Carbon tax!
