Trio Inducted into Medical Hall of Fame

Prince George, B.C.- Three physicians have been inducted into the  Northern Medical  Hall of Fame. The special  presentations were made tonight at the Bob Ewert Memorial Lecture and Dinner in Prince George.

Dr. Jack Mckenzie,  the  family physician who many Prince George Doctors consider the "father of family medicine"

Dr. Fergus Ducharme   ( at right) the only  orthopaedic surgeon  north of Trail  for many years.  Ducharme  marvelled at how now there are 6  such surgeons on  staff and medical students wanting to specialize in this  discipline enjoy coming to Prince George to learn more.
