Coleman New Solicitor General

Prince George, B.C.  - The  new Solicitor General for  BC. is, Rich Coleman.  Duties and responsibilities include oversight of policing, corrections and the provincial emergency program. The goal of the ministry is to maintain
and enhance public safety in every community across the province.

Coleman also retains his duties as Minister of Housing and Social Development.

The  change follows John Van Dongen's resignation,  brought on by his driving record which  lead to a temporary driving prohibition.
