Sexual Assault Suspect Wore Gas Mask

Prince George R.C.M.P. are seeking the public's assistance in locating a male suspect wanted in connection with a sexual assault in the city early Saturday evening.

Police say the female victim was walking home alone around 5:30pm last night in an area near Freeman Street and 14th Avenue when she was approached by a man wearing a gas mask and hooded jacket.

R.C.M.P. say the assailant grabbed the woman inappropriately before fleeing towards Freeman Street.

The suspect is described as having a Scottish accent. He was between 40- and 60-years of age.
