Hydro Knocked Out , Thousands Left In the Dark

Prince George B.C.- Power is expected to be restored  to more than a thousand  Prince George customers  within the hour.

Power has been out to  an area bounded by  the Nechako River to to the north, 10th Avenue to the south,  Tabor Boulevard to to the west and  Ewert Street to the east since about 4:00 this morning.

BC Hydro says  the outage was casued by a vehicle crash.

Long wait for a cuppa. 6 hours.
What I find odd as there is no mention of the details of the crash...such as "one wounded, taken to hospital, or "no injuries reported". No media in PG are reporting anything but the resulting power outage.
